Every IJustWantTo® Correct My Tongue Thrust program comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. That covers the Online program, the Online program with a Zoom call, the Therapist license and the Kids program.
We want you to try the lessons with no worry. If you are not happy with the program, ask for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.
How to Ask for a Refund
Email [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase. Janet handles each request and replies within 24 hours.
We refund the money to your original form of payment. The refund includes the shipping cost. You do not need to send the kit back.
Shipping
You can start the video lessons as soon as you order. Your Tongue Stick kit ships from Janet’s office within 24 hours of your order. We ship to all countries.
Shipping is free in the US. For Puerto Rico and other countries, you pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Zoom Call
The Online program with a Zoom call includes one Zoom call with Janet. Book your call within 7 days of your purchase.
Extra Sticks and Therapist Orders
If you are an adult with a program, you can add one extra Tongue Stick to your order.
Bulk sticks and bracelets are for therapists with a Therapist license. Log in to your account to order them.
Your Member Account
When you check out, we create a member account for you. We email you a link, and you use it to set your password.
Log in at your member login to watch your lessons. You keep access to your lessons as a member.
Health and Results
This program does not replace medical advice. Talk with your doctor about any health questions.
The adult program fits ages 8 and up. In the Kids program, a parent guides each practice session, and it fits ages 8 and up too.
Most people who follow the lessons see results in less than 7 weeks. Results vary from person to person. These results come from a small study in which Janet’s participants reported their own results.
